All quotes provided are based on information supplied at the time of inquiry. Prices may vary depending on load type, weight, distance, and delivery timeframe.
Payment is due as per agreed terms (unless otherwise stated). Late payments may incur interest charges.

3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure that:
Goods are properly packaged and labeled
Accurate information is provided regarding delivery/pickup addresses and load specifications
All necessary documentation is made available

4. Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure safe and timely delivery, JMS Transport shall not be liable for delays caused by external factors such as traffic, weather, or force majeure.
Our liability for loss or damage is limited as per relevant haulage laws and contractual agreements.

5. Cancellation & Delays

Cancellations must be made in writing. Charges may apply depending on notice given and resources allocated. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen operational issues.
